01 The Platform

DigiFashHub is a knowledge and learning platform for the fashion industry, developed in the context of EU-funded projects. All educational content on the platform is publicly accessible without payment. An account is required only to track your learning progress, save responses, and participate in community features.

02 Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Please use a strong password and do not share your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

Your profile username forms part of your public URL on the platform. Choose it accordingly. You may change your display name at any time within the options provided in your profile settings.

03 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing.
• Impersonate another person or organisation.
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the platform or its infrastructure.
• Use the platform to distribute spam or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Scrape or systematically extract content from the platform without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

04 Content You Submit

Any content you contribute to the platform — such as forum posts, comments, or reflection responses — remains yours. By submitting it, you grant DigiFashHub a non-exclusive licence to display and store that content as part of operating the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that anything you submit does not infringe the rights of others.

05 Educational Content and Licensing

All educational materials published on DigiFashHub — including course content, lessons, and learning resources — are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0), unless otherwise stated.

This means you are free to share and adapt the materials for any purpose, including commercially, provided you give appropriate credit to DigiFashHub and the original authors.

06 Platform Content

Content published by DigiFashHub that is not explicitly licensed under CC BY 4.0 — such as the platform design, branding, and non-educational materials — remains the property of their respective authors and may not be reproduced without permission.

07 Availability

We aim to keep DigiFashHub available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform is provided as-is. We are not liable for any loss arising from downtime, errors, or changes to the platform.

08 EU-Funded Project Disclaimer

Funded by the European Union. Views and opinions expressed are however those of the author(s) only and do not necessarily reflect those of the European Union or the Swedish Council for Higher Education. Neither the European Union nor the granting authority can be held responsible for them.

09 Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify registered users by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, consistent with the location of the data controller. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of that country.
